Terms of Use

1. What the website is

The website is a catalogue of Mishika automotive electrical parts. You cannot buy, pay or create an account on it, and it does not show prices.

The catalogue, and the “Inquire Now” buttons that open WhatsApp, are an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. No contract is made through the website. A sale happens only when we confirm it with you directly (in our store, on WhatsApp, by phone or email), and the price, availability, delivery, warranty and returns agreed at that time, and on the invoice, apply to it.

If we agree a sale with you remotely (for example on WhatsApp), we will tell you the price, the seller, the warranty, the return and refund terms and the delivery details before you pay.

2. Product information and fitment

We take care to keep product names, specifications, fitment and OE (original equipment) reference numbers accurate, but mistakes, gaps or changes can happen, and we may update or remove products at any time.

• Photos show real Mishika parts (some with the background removed), but colour, markings and packaging can vary between batches.
• Fitment and OE numbers are given to help you identify a part. Always check the part against your vehicle, the part being replaced or its OE number before buying or fitting it, and ask us if you are unsure.
• Automotive electrical parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic, following the vehicle maker's instructions.

Information on the website is general. Only our written confirmation for your vehicle (for example on WhatsApp, against your registration number, VIN or old part) counts as an assurance that a part fits.

3. Vehicle brands and OE numbers

Vehicle makers' names, models and OE part numbers (for example Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, Tata, Mahindra, Skoda, Ford, Mitsubishi, Denso, Bosch, Valeo) are trademarks or references of their respective owners. We use them only to describe which vehicles a Mishika part is compatible with, or which original part it replaces. Mishika is not made by, affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies, and Mishika parts are not original (OEM) parts of those makers unless clearly stated.

Mishika Auto Parts (Mishika Automotive) is not related to Mishika Auto Stylers LLP or any other business with a similar name.

Buy Mishika parts only from us or from dealers we name. We are not responsible for parts sold by others as Mishika.

4. Our content

The Mishika name and logo, and the website's text, product photos, 3D renders, design and code, belong to Mishika Auto Parts or are used with permission. You may view and share pages and links for personal or business enquiries. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our photos, renders, logo or catalogue data (for example on another shop's website or listing) without our written permission.

5. Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• break or try to break the website's security, overload it, or interfere with other visitors;
• copy our photos, 3D renders or catalogue data for another shop, marketplace listing or product database (search engines and AI assistants may index and summarise our pages);
• use our WhatsApp number, phone or email to send spam, abuse, or unlawful content;
• pretend to be Mishika, or present non-Mishika parts as Mishika parts;
• use the website in any way that breaks Indian law.

6. Other services

Enquiries go through WhatsApp, phone or email, and the website links to Google Maps, Google reviews and social media. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

7. Our responsibility

We provide the website as it is and as available. We try to keep it working and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, and we are not liable for any loss caused by the website being unavailable or by relying on its information without confirming it with us.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our responsibility for parts we sell is set by the sale, the invoice and the law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded, or our liability for defective products, negligence or fraud where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Changes

We may change the website or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply are the ones on the website when you use it.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first, and we will try to resolve any problem fairly and quickly. Subject to that, and to your right as a consumer to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

10. Grievance Officer and contact

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

11. Languages

These terms are available in English, Hindi, Nepali and Urdu. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
